Deleting Lookup List Values

If a lookup list value is not used in your business processes, and you do not need it you can delete it as follows:

NOTE: Certain values are marked as System (e.g. the “Closed” value for Incident Status). Alloy Navigator relies on these values, so they cannot be deleted. You cannot delete values that are already referenced by AN objects.

1. From the Sidebar, navigate to Workflow and Business Logic > [Module] > [Object Class] > Classification > [Lookup List].
2. Select an item and click Delete.
