Lookup fields are displayed on the screen as drop-down lists. By default, list items appear in the order they were created. You can change the display order of list items as follows:
- From the Sidebar, navigate to the lookup list where you want to reorder items: go to
Workflow and Business Logic > [Module] > [Object Class] > Classification > [Lookup List].
- Select an item and use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to change its position. Repeat this step to reorder other items as needed.
NOTE: The Medium Codes lookup list is shared among all Ticket classes: Change Requests, Incidents, Problems, Service Requests, and Work Orders.
