Assigning Dashboards to Security Roles

After creating a dashboard, you must assign it to security roles. Otherwise it will remain unavailable to technicians.

To assign dashboards to security roles:

1. From the Sidebar, navigate to General > Dashboard Management > Dashboards.
2. Select a dashboard you want to assign and click Roles. The Assign Dashboard to Roles window opens.
3. The Available Roles pane displays all roles that have no access to the selected dashboard. Use the Add, Add All, Remove, and Remove All buttons to move desired roles to the Assign to These Roles pane. The dashboards will be available only to members of the roles listed under Assign to These Roles.
4. Click OK.
