Removing Ticket Fields
Introduced in 8.4
When you remove any Ticket field, it becomes unavailable to technicians working with the All Tickets / My Tickets grid in the Desktop App and the Web App.
To remove a Ticket field:
Go to General > Fields > All Tickets. Alternatively, you can access all Ticket fields under Workflow and Business Logic > Service Desk > All Tickets/My Tickets > Fields..
Select a field that you want to remove, click Remove, then click Yes to confirm your action.
Click Save on the Standard toolbar to save the changes.
For your changes to take effect, you and other users must restart Alloy Navigator.
