Organizing the Display of User-Defined Fields

You can choose where UDFs will appear in the object details window. The following display locations are available:

• The Custom Data tab. By default, UDFs are displayed on this special tab. When the user opens the object details window, this tab appears if you have created at least one UDF for the object class.
• The Custom Data section on the General tab. This section appears at the bottom on the General tab automatically if you have at least one UDF marked to be displayed there.
