Customizing Labels of Ticket fields

By default, the All Tickets / My Tickets grid uses original labels of Ticket fields as column headers. If you want to customize these column headers, customize Ticket field labels as described below.

  1. Go to General > Fields > All Tickets. Alternatively, you can access all Ticket fields under Workflow and Business Logic > Service Desk > All Tickets/My Tickets > Fields..

  2. Double-click the Ticket field. The Field Properties dialog box opens.

  3. Under Display, type a new label or change the existing one in the Custom Label field.

  4. Click OK.

  5. Click Save on the Standard toolbar to save the changes.

    For your changes to take effect, you and other users must restart Alloy Navigator.
