Changing the UDF Display Order

You can customize the display order of UDFs as follows:

  1. From the Sidebar, navigate to the field list of the object class where you want to organize the UDFs. For example, to access the list of Incident fields, go to Workflow and Business Logic > Service Desk > Incidents > Fields.
  2. Click UDF Layout on the Module menu. The Custom Data Display dialog box opens.
  3. Select the field you want to reposition, then drag and drop fields to change their positions in the list.

    NOTE: Alternatively, you can use the Move Up, or Move Down buttons to change its position.

  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Save on the Standard toolbar to save the changes.
