Disabling or Enabling SSP Customer Accounts

You can temporarily disable a SSP Customer account (revoke user’s access) as follows:

  1. From the Sidebar, navigate to Users & Security > Accounts and Roles > Accounts.
  2. Right-click an account and select Disable from the pop-up menu.

To enable a SSP Customer account, right-click it and choose Enable from the pop-up menu.

NOTE: Alternatively, you can temporarily revoke access to the SSP for a customer by inactivating the corresponding Person record.
