Adding Security Role Members

You can add Technician accounts to a security role as follows:

  1. From the Sidebar, navigate to Users & Security > Accounts and Roles > Roles.

  2. Double-click a role. The Security Role dialog box appears.

  3. Click the Members tab and click Add. The Select Accounts dialog box appears.

  4. Select the Technician accounts you want to add and click OK.

  5. Click OK.
