Work Order records

Work Order records are listed in the Work Orders grid. To access the Work Orders grid, select Service Desk > Work Orders from the navigation menu.

The Work Orders are also available in the All Tickets grid (Service Desk > All Tickets), and the Work Orders assigned to you either directly or through you group membership are available in the My Tickets grid (Service Desk > My Tickets).

The top pane of an open Work Order record window displays the number and the summary of the Work Order on the left and its status and priority on the right.
