Problem records

Problem records are listed in the Problems grid. To access the Problems grid, select Service Desk > Problems from the navigation menu.

The Problems are also available in the All Tickets grid (Service Desk > All Tickets), and the Problems assigned to you either directly or through you group membership are available in the My Tickets grid (Service Desk > My Tickets).

The top pane of an open problem record window displays the number and the summary of the Problem on the left and its status and priority on the right.
