Incident records

Incident records are listed in the Incidents grid. To access the Incidents grid, select Service Desk > Incidents from the navigation menu.

The Incidents are also available in the All Tickets grid (Service Desk > All Tickets). The Incidents assigned to you either directly or through you group membership are available in the My Tickets grid (Service Desk > My Tickets).

The top pane of an open incident record window displays the number and the summary of the Incident on the left and its status and priority on the right.
