Inserting hyperlinks in HTML content

To insert a hyperlink when using the embedded HTML editor:

1. In the Design mode (for details, see Using the HTML editor), click the Insert Link icon .

2. If you want to display text as the hyperlink, type the text in the Display Text field.

3. In the Link window, choose a hyperlink type from the Link Type list. The following types are available:

• URL

• E-mail

4. Specify the link target:

• To specify a web page, or FTP site, or other web resource, choose the protocol in the Protocol list and type the web address in the URL field.

• To specify an e-mail message, fill out E-mail Address, Message Subject, and Message Body fields.

5. Click OK.
