Consumables

The Consumables are separate entities tracked as a group of the same Product. The Consumables component allows you to view and manage consumables through their lifecycle, maintain receiving and consumption for each Consumable.

NOTE: For any Product in the Stock Room only one Consumable is supported.

To access the Consumables grid, select Asset Management > Consumables from the navigation menu. To open the details of a particular Consumable or its Stock Movement, double-click the corresponding record in the grid.

NOTE: You can track movement of a Consumable in a stock using the Stock Movement tab of its object window.

The top pane of an open Consumable record window displays the name, ID and the status of the Consumable.

Below the top pane, the following tabs are available:

• Related Objects tab

• Notes tab

• Attachments tab

• History tab
