Defining working and non-working hours

You can define several configurations for working and non-working hours. When you create a work calendar, you must select a configuration for each week day (for details, see Creating work calendars).

To define a configuration for working or non-working hours:

  1. In the General > Work Calendars section, click New under Working Week. The New Working Hours window appears.

  2. Type in a name for the configuration.

  3. Take one of the following actions:

    • To define a configuration for working hours, click Working Day and specify the working time in the From and To fields.

    • To define a day off, click Day Off.

  4. Click OK.
