Removing Ticket fields

Introduced in 8.4

When you remove any Ticket field, it becomes unavailable to users working with the All Tickets/My Tickets grid of the Desktop App or the Web App.

To remove a Ticket field:

  1. Go to General > Fields > All Tickets. Alternatively, you can access all Ticket fields under Workflow and Business Logic > Service Desk > All Tickets/My Tickets > Fields..

  2. Select a field that you want to remove, click Remove and confirm your action.

  3. Click Save on the toolbar to apply the changes.

    For your changes to take effect, you and other users must restart Alloy Navigator.
