Problem records

Problem records are listed in the Problems grid. To access the Problems grid, select either Service Desk > Problems in the Sidebar, or Go > Problems from the main menu.

The Problems are also available in the All Tickets grid (Service Desk > All Tickets), and the Problems assigned to you either directly or through you group membership are available in the My Tickets grid (My Work > My Tickets).

The top pane of an open problem record window displays the number and the summary of the Problem on the left and the following fields on the right:

Ticket - shows the automatically generated number of the Problem.

Status - displays the status of the Problem. The list of problem statuses is defined by your Alloy Navigator administrator.
