Person SSP Account window

You use the Person SSP Account window to create or modify an SSP Customer Account for a Person.

This window contains the following fields.

Login - the user name (login name).

Active - enables the account.

Change Password - lets you change the password (for accounts with SQL Server authentication)

User Access Level - the Self Service Portal access level for the account.

All SSP customers can update only their own Tickets. The access level defines whether the customer can view somebody else's Tickets:

Regular User - specifies that the user can view only her or his own Tickets.

Department Manager - specifies that the user can view Tickets submitted by other users from the same organization.

Organization Manager - specifies that the user can view Tickets submitted by other users from the same organization and its child organizations.

NOTE: SSP Account management is available only for Alloy Navigator administrators.
