Saving a filter

To save an applied quick filter to a file:

While displaying a filtered grid, click Customize in the Condition Panel. The Filter builder window opens.
Click Save As. The Save the active filter to file window opens.
Browse for and choose a location for the file.
In the File name field, type in the name.
Click Save.

The filter criteria are saved to the file, so you can apply them later to lists displaying all the fields used in he filter criteria.
