The General tab shows the essential information about the Contract organized in the following sections:
Upper-left untitled section - includes the number and title of the Contract.
Categorization section - includes the type and the category of the Contract.
Parties section - displays the client and provider organization of the Contract. When the Receiver field is filled out, you can open the specified organization record in the separate window by clicking the Receiver
link. When the Provider field is filled out, you can open the specified organization record
Upper-right untitled section - shows the essentials terms of the Contract: its cost, start and end dates, warranty details and whether the Contract can be renewed after its expiration.
Description section - shows a text description of the Contract.
The General tab may also display various user-defined fields in an additional section if your Alloy Navigator administrator has configured them accordingly. The default name of this section is "Custom Data", although your Alloy Navigator administrator may have renamed this section.
NOTE: User-defined fields can appear also on the Custom Data tab (this is the default name of the tab; it can be renamed by your Alloy Navigator administrator).
