Using Integrations

Alloy Navigator allows you to use various pre-configured third-party software directly from the Desktop App. You get access to this software by using workflow actions configured by your Alloy Navigator administrator. For example, Alloy Navigator typically offers workflow actions that launches various network utilities, such as Ping, Telnet, and Remote Desktop, and performs Google Search in a browser.

Typically, workflow actions based on network utility software are available for Computers and if they have the primary IP address assigned, and for Service Desk Tickets if they have a related CI (Computer or Hardware).
