Working with Ticket fields
Introduced in 8.4
Alloy Navigator allows tracking data specific for any Ticket class
(Change Requests, Incidents, Problems, Service Requests, Work Orders) within unified All Tickets and My Tickets grids. You can add Ticket fields, customize their labels, and delete them.
