Viewing workflow Actions for Technician accounts

You can view all workflow Actions (Create Actions and Steps) that a technician has due to membership in security roles.

To view the Actions available for a technician:

  1. In the Users & Security > Accounts and Roles > Accounts section, double-click a Technician Account to view. The User Account window appears.

  2. Click the Workflow Actions tab, where the workflow Actions are displayed.
