Performing Actions on Tickets

Using the Mobile App, you can perform various Actions on Tickets. To access the Actions menu, open anIncident's or Work Order's record and click the Actions button from the navigation bar. To perform an Action on that Ticket, choose the Action from the Actions menu, specify its properties and click the OK button.

TIP: All mandatory fields will be displayed with a red asterisk (*).

Elements of the mobile UI:

1 Back button Returns to the Ticket details.
2 Action record Invokes the action form.
3 Record properties Allows you to specify Action properties.
4 OK button Saves your changes.
