Add Attachments

The Add Attachments operation attaches files to an object. You configure this operation in the Add Attachments dialog box as follows:

1. In the Attachments field, specify the source of attachments to add:
   • An Attachment Area control on the Action Form.

   NOTE: If the Attachments list is empty, you may consider enabling the Use Attachments in other objects in the Programming option for an Attachment Area on the workflow Form.

   • A custom SQL expression or script.

     Using a custom SQL expression or script, you can attach any files existing in the database. A SQL expression or script must return IDs of attachments or IDs of objects/activities containing attachments.

2. Keep the Enable operation check box selected. Otherwise, the operation will be ignored.
3. Click OK.
