Managing Tags Assigned to a List Item

In order to update tags assigned to a list item:

  1. From the Sidebar, navigate to Workflow and Business Logic > [Module] > [Object Class] > Classification > [Lookup List].
  2. Double-click an item. The [Object Class] [Lookup List] dialog box opens.
  3. Under Tags, click Manage. The Edit Tags dialog box opens.
  4. From here you can update assigned tags:
    • To add a tag, click New, type a new tag name, then click OK.
    • To change a tag, double-click it, modify the tag name, then click OK.
    • To remove a tag, select it and click Delete.
  5. Click OK to close the Edit Tags dialog box.
  6. In the [Object Class] [Lookup List] dialog box, click OK to save your changes.

You can also manage tags assigned to an item when you create or modify it.
