Displaying records in multiple rows

You can display one or several record fields in new rows, so that each record is shown not in one, but in two or more rows.

To show a record field in a row:

• Drag the heading of the column, whose values you want to display in another row, below the heading and to the left or right side of the grid, depending on where you want the field values to appear. Release the mouse button when you see the green arrows indicating the new position of the column heading.

NOTE: If the column heading you are dragging appears crossed, it means that the column can’t be inserted at this place.

To move it back, drag the column heading back.
