Upgrade instructions depend on the upgrade scenario that suites your best.

• Pilot upgrade: This scenario allows you to preview the latest version and try out new features in a pilot environment, and switch it to production mode when everything is ready.

• Production upgrade: This scenario allows you to immediately begin the production use of the latest version.

FOR CLOUD CUSTOMERS: Customers with a cloud hosting plan will be contacted after each new release to schedule the upgrade and maintenance of their cloud environment.
