Auditing Google Directory Audit Sources

You can initiate the audit of a Google Directory Audit Source within a Site. This allows you to upload latest inventory information on Chromebooks from the Google Admin Console to your database.

To audit a Google Directory Audit Source, follow the instructions below.

1. In the Sidebar, right-click the Site containing the Google Directoy Audit Source and select Properties from the pop-up menu. The Site [Site Name] dialog box opens.
2. Under Audit Sources, select the source to audit and click Actions > Audit from the Module Menu. A new "Audit" task appear in the Task List.

   NOTE: After audit snapshot of the Chromebooks (.adtx) are uploaded to the database, the Changes message appears in the status bar. Click this message to refresh the data display.

   NOTE: You can also upload .adtx files using the Import Snapshots from Media Wizard. For details, see Help: Import Snapshots from Media Wizard.
