If an error still occurs and you are unable to resolve the issue, contact Alloy Software Technical Support.
Before contacting, you should have the audit snapshot file causing the error available for the Technical Support representative. You can save such a snapshot file to your preferred location as follows:
- In the Settings app, navigate to Services > Conflicts and Errors > Errors.
- Select the error record and click Save Audit Snapshot.
- Browse to the location where you want to save the snapshot file and click Save.
